For used or collectible records, Capiche Records Ltd. uses recognised vinyl grading standards broadly aligned with the Goldmine / Discogs grading system, including:

Vinyl records are mechanical analogue products, and minor surface noise, sleeve wear, or pressing artefacts may occur.
Sealed records cannot be visually inspected and may contain manufacturing defects outside our control.
Grading reflects our best reasonable assessment but remains subjective.
12. Returns and Distance Selling Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK and EU consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right you must notify us within the cancellation period.
Returned items must be:
